Shipping & Delivery

I ship to most countries worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days and shipped via La Poste, Swiss Post, or UPS.

Estimated delivery times:
• Europe: 5–7 business days
• USA & Canada: 8–10 business days
• Other destinations: 8–14 business days

Most parcels include tracking and insurance. Low-value items may be shipped without tracking unless it is specifically requested.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact me to confirm delivery options.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are beyond my control.

All claims for non-receipt must be submitted within 60 days from the shipping date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Express shipping is available upon request, subject to confirmation of method and cost.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Most international orders are shipped with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that for the USA, Canada, Australia, and most European countries, applicable customs duties and taxes are already covered.

For countries where DDP does not apply, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

All artworks offered — including antique, vintage, and contemporary pieces — enter the USA duty-free. Hand-painted artworks and printed books are generally exempt from U.S. import duties.

For the UK, import VAT may apply depending on the order value.

If the buyer refuses to pay any applicable import duties or taxes, the order will not be refunded regardless of the shipment outcome.
