All sales are final.

Because of the unique nature of antique, vintage, collectible, and one-of-a-kind items, Salon Antique does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

Orders become final immediately upon payment and cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn by the buyer.

Nature of Antique, Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items

Salon Antique specializes in antique, vintage, collectible, and one-of-a-kind items.

Due to their age and history, such items may naturally display signs of age, wear, use, patina, minor imperfections, restoration, craquelure, age-related material changes, odors associated with age or storage, and other characteristics consistent with antique and vintage objects.

These characteristics are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for return, refund, exchange, cancellation, compensation, or price reduction.

Condition details are described to the best of our knowledge and shown in the photographs provided with each listing.

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, display devices, and lighting conditions.

Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing all descriptions, photographs, measurements, condition notes, and other information before placing an order.

If additional information, photographs, or clarification is required before making a purchase decision, buyers are encouraged to request it prior to placing an order.

Frames, Glass & Decorative Presentation

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the price applies to the item itself.

If a painting is shown in a frame in the photographs, that frame is provided free of charge as decorative presentation and is not included in the stated value of the artwork.

The condition of any complimentary frame shall not constitute grounds for return, refund, compensation, price reduction, or cancellation.

If a painting is protected by glass, Salon Antique takes every reasonable precaution to ensure safe delivery. However, glass remains inherently fragile and may occasionally be damaged during transportation.

Damage to glass alone shall not constitute grounds for return, refund, compensation, exchange, or cancellation.

By purchasing a painting protected by glass, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this risk.

Shipping Damage Claims

Claims relating to items damaged during transportation are governed exclusively by the Shipping Policy.

Buyers must follow all procedures, documentation requirements, deadlines, and claim conditions described in the Shipping Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation:

• antique items;

• vintage items;

• original artworks;

• rare and antique books;

• collectibles;

• one-of-a-kind items;

• discounted or sale items.

Refused Deliveries & Customs Charges

Orders refused by the buyer, unclaimed shipments, or orders returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, VAT, import charges, customs clearance requirements, missed delivery deadlines, or incorrect address information provided by the buyer are not eligible for refund.

Final Notice

All items are sold as described and as shown in the photographs.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have reviewed the descriptions, photographs, measurements, condition notes, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable shop policies.
